THE DETAILS Hinds-Pearl replaces Meagan Fitzsimmons, who now works for GXO Logistics as Chief Compliance Officer. Her departure is said to have been prompted by Revlon’s near-miss bankruptcy in November. Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Law and Litigation, Anouck Giovanola has also left Revlon to Tom Ford’s gain – she was named General Counsel for the fashion designer earlier this month.

THE WHY? The company said in a statement, per Bloomberg Law, “Revlon’s legal team is proud to be able to attract and develop top-tier legal talent. The valuable experience ands mentoring members of our team gain at Revlon prepares them well for high-level future opportunities.”
