Injectable aesthetics reviews. Richemont appoints two new Board Members
THE WHAT? Richemont has announced the nominations of Jasmine Whitbread and Patrick Thomas for election to the Board of Directors. Their appointments are subject to the approval of shareholders at the 2021 AGM to be held on September 8, 2021.
THE DETAILS Whitbread is an experienced non-executive director, currently sitting on the boards of Travis Perkins, Standard Chartered and WPP, with a long-standing interest in ESG issues. She is an advisor to Richemont’s Governance and Sustainability Committee.
Thomas, meanwhile, was the first and only non-family manager of Hermes, serving as COO from 1989 to 1997 and CEO from 2003 to 2014. He is currently the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Laurent Perrier.
Richemont also announced that Gary Saage will not seek re-election in September.
THE WHY?
